Brief: Falmouth University is a leading institute specialising in higher education for the creative industries, including graphic design, illustration, photography, fashion and film. They wanted to market and promote the launch of the MA Graphic Design (online) course to potential students.
Strategy: Working in collaboration with Falmouth's marketing and education team we developed the 'Global Exploration of Graphic Design' strategy, to accentuate the online format of the course, that encourages students to explore graphic design from a global perspective.
Delivery: We developed a typographic brand identity that pairs two languages (one English and one non-English) that can be updated to match the languages spoken by the global student cohort. The dual language design was applied to digital and print marketing material, a panel talk at the V&A Museum, interactive course website and as animated assets on the learning platform to ensure each student feels welcome, no matter where they are in the world. Created in collaboration with Patrick Morrissey (design) and Multiple States (website development).
